What made you decide to join XD? XDに入社を決めたきっかけを教えてください。
XD was the first company to reach out to me for an opportunity to work overseas. It was exciting and a great chance to grow, especially since XD is working on a product based on high-performance computing, which I wasn’t familiar with at the time. Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate how important HPC is to the evolution of technology, and being part of XD feels like contributing to that progress. XDは、海外勤務の機会を最初に提供してくれた会社でした。 特に、当時私はあまり詳しくなかったHPC(ハイパフォーマンスコンピューティング)に基づく製品をXDが手がけていたため、ワクワクするような成長のチャンスでした。 長い年月を経て、私はHPCがテクノロジーの進化にどれほど重要であるかを理解するようになりました。そして、XDの一員であることは、その進歩に貢献しているような気持ちにさせてくれます。
Please tell us about your current job and what you find rewarding about it. 現在の仕事について、またそのやりがいについて教えてください。
I started as a full-stack engineer focused on software development. Now, I also work with hardware, infrastructure (both bare metal and cloud), and building HPC environments for customers. It's incredibly rewarding to build an HPC environment from scratch and see how customers use it for their workloads or jobs while learning from their use cases. 私はソフトウェア開発を専門とするフルスタックエンジニアとしてキャリアをスタートさせました。現在は、ハードウェア、インフラ（ベアメタルおよびクラウド）、そして顧客向けのHPC環境の構築にも携わっています。ゼロからHPC環境を構築し、顧客がその環境をワークロードやジョブにどのように活用しているかを見ながら、顧客のユースケースから学ぶことができるのは、非常にやりがいがあります。

XD's strength lies in its combined years of experience across software, hardware, and infrastructure, enabling the development of HPC environments tailored to customers' needs. XDの強みは、ソフトウェア、ハードウェア、インフラストラクチャの分野で長年培ってきた経験を組み合わせ、お客様のニーズに合わせたHPC環境の開発を可能にしている点にあります。

XD is a company that helps customers with their HPC workloads by building custom HPC environments, job launchers, dashboards, and offering consulting. We’re all about making sure every solution works smoothly and fits the customer’s needs perfectly. XDは、カスタムHPC環境、ジョブランチャー、ダッシュボードの構築やコンサルティングの提供を通じて、お客様のHPCワークロードを支援する企業です。私たちは、すべてのソリューションが円滑に機能し、お客様のニーズに完璧に適合することを第一に考えています。
